There are five faculties in DCU, so there are five Faculty Student Leaders. They are: DCU Business School Student Leader, Engineering and Computing Student Leader, Humanities and Social Sciences Student Leader, Institute of Education Student Leader, and Science and Health Student Leader. You will sit on the Students' Union Executive and will help promote extra-curricular activities on behalf of the SU and Clubs. You will also sit on the Club Life Committee (CLC) and work very closely with the Clubs and Socs Office.

You will sit on the Students' Union Executive and will help promote extra-curricular activities on behalf of the SU and Socs. You will also sit on the Society Life Committee (SLC) and work very closely with the Clubs and Socs Office.

This is a part-time voluntary position that requires approximately 6-8 hours a week. The Irish Language Student Leader / Ceannaire Mac Léinn Gaeilge engages students on Irish language issues. They promote and implement Students’ Union policy with regard to the Irish language and receive support from the Students’ Union Executive. They sit on relevant university and Students’ Union committees in pursuance of their duties.
